About me
I'm a Biotechnology graduate with a Master's in Biomedical Biotechnology, currently doing my PhD at GENyO (Centre for Genomics and Oncological Research) in Granada. My research focuses on liquid biopsy for ovarian cancer.
Alongside research, I build software. I've completed Andrew Ng's Machine Learning specialisation and apply those tools to both my PhD work and independent projects.
I'm most comfortable in Python and R for data science and ML, and TypeScript for full-stack product work.

PhD — Liquid Biopsy for Ovarian Cancer
Research at GENyO, Granada. Studying circulating tumour DNA in blood samples from ovarian cancer patients, combining molecular biology techniques with computational analysis.
